Using a public facing website collecting info via online application forms and a CV / document upload facility. The system will allow company personnel to post vacancies on the website, undertake automatic correspondence with applicants and email all relevant information the company individuals to enable the selection process. The system is ideal for large companies with multiple sites where applicants can check on vacancies nationwide or within a certain distance from their home location.
