Digital HR is an extensively revised version of an existing program developed for a major oil company. It is currently in used to pay over 3000 Petrol Filling Station staff in the UK & the Netherlands. In summary it effectively manages:

  • TIMESHEETS
  • PAYROLL, DOWN TO HOURLY PAID STAFF
  • TRAINING
  • ACCIDENT REPORTING

Through the personnel module it allows full details of each member of your company to be recorded and maintained. It allows you to keep track of all training that occurs within your company and the qualifications that are gained. These details can then be accessed in the Risk Assessment, Training and Accident Reporting modules, in addition to the recorded data for staff to be sent to a payroll company.

The training module can be fully integrated into the risk assessment module allowing qualifications to be added as controls and for these controls to be automatically marked as complete when all required personnel are suitably qualified. The system has the facility for all staff to electronically sign to confirm that they have seen all appropriate risk assessments, comments as well as exact times and dates of the signature will also be saved in the database for company records.
